Jennifer Ludwig
Founder/Artistic Director
Jennifer Ludwig has had the privilege of directing children's, community and high school theatre while teaching acting, musical theatre, characterization, theatrical intimacy and other arts workshops for the last 26 years. As the former Director of Troupe 1422 at Marion L. Steele High School, Founder/Artistic Director of Beacon Theatre Company, a director of community and children's productions, Jennifer's greatest joys are mentoring and encouraging students in their passions, assisting them in finding and fine tuning the gifts they possess and empowering them with the confidence to share their knowledge, experience and love for theatre arts. As a member of the Ohio Educational Theatre Association Board of Directors, serving as the All-Ohio Production Co-Coordinator, she is thrilled to engage and serve the students of the Ohio Theatre Arts Community. Jennifer is thrilled to be the new Theatre teacher and director at Lake Ridge Academy and looks forward to the many memories and productions she produces there. She has been happily married for 26 years to her husband Ben and a proud mom to her 5 beautiful children Jacob, Joshua, Juliet, James and Jesse.
Benjamin Ludwig
Co Founder/Business Director
Ben Ludwig serves as the co-founder and business director of Beacon Theatre Company, playing a pivotal role in the organization's development and growth. With a background in business administration and operational management. Ben oversees the company's financial and administrative operations, while his beautiful wife is fully committed to developing the artistic vision. Ben is dedicated to building a thriving community theatre that provides quality entertainment and opportunities for the local community, kids and performers.
Juliet Ludwig
Company Assistant
Juliet Ludwig is Beacon Theatre Company’s Assistant. She is a junior in High School that is passionate about all things theatre. As an inducted member of the International Thespian Society, she has participated in many productions in many ways! Recently a member of the All-Ohio Theatre production at the Thespian State Conference, Juliet was the hair and makeup artist and designer for the premier high school production of John Proctor is the Villain. Juliet can be seen backstage helping with hair, makeup and costumes changes, on stage painting set and creating props and off stage assisting with other production needs. She is excited for Beacon’s second season!
